Ranked Down visual bug

There is a known visual bug where the summary page after your match will show a "rank down" despite winning. This normally occurs for the very first match after a weekly reset, which is scheduled every Monday, 10 am UTC.

Unable to use Discord login on iOS

The Discord login method is not functional on iOS devices until further notice.

Unable to log in to Google on Skyweaver Windows app.

Google login method for PC/Desktop client may be bugged. For now, we encourage you to play using a web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

App keeps asking to download update:

  • Try going to Settings, hit Uninstall, and then reinstall the Update making sure to reach 100%.

  • If the above does not solve the issue, you may select "skip" for now.

  • For iOS users, you can enable this experimental feature in Settings:

  • Asset caching on iOS has been improved, however, some might still experience the need for partial re-download of assets. We’ll continue to improve this over time.

Unable to join queue

  • The error "Couldn't join queue. Outdated client. Please restart Skyweaver" appears when we deploy an update. Simply relaunch the app or refresh your browser.


  • Check our Suggested Hardware to see if your device will work well running Skyweaver.

  • Your active sessions list in your Sequence wallet refers to the number of login sessions you had without logging out. This is not due to any security concerns, so please do not be alarmed Sometimes artifacts are created when a player fails to log out from a session and then signs into a different browser tab or device

    • Removing Your Session Data: Open your Sequence Wallet. Click the 2 lines


      on the top right to open a menu. Click "Settings" and then click on "Active Sessions". Scroll down to each session and manually sign out of each one

    • Some accounts using email may be unable to sign out of "Active Sessions" from their Sequence wallet. Please do not be alarmed by this. We will address this issue and roll out a fix soon!


Please try these resolutions first before reporting to our Support team!

  • If you are on mobile, close the app and relaunch it. You can also reinstall the app if relaunching doesn't work.

  • If using browser, clear all caches and cookies, and hit refresh.

  • Log out of your Sequence wallet by clicking the wallet icon, going to SETTINGS, and clicking "sign out". This will may resolve Sequence wallet errors and transaction issues.

*Please note that sometimes, these steps will not completely get rid of the problem. If you continue to experience issues that are not reflected above, please create a Support ticket.
