Yes. You can earn USDC.e through chest rewards by playing Conquest mode. You can also 'earn' USDC.e by way of earning Silver and Gold cards that become your property by playing and ranking high enough in the weekly leaderboards.

After earning Silver and Gold cards, they become your property and you can do with them as you wish. You can keep them, trade them, or gift them to friends. You can also sell them in the Marketplace.
