Spectator mode allows other players to watch your games as it happens. Get the link on your profile and send it to a friend.

It is currently not completely public for now, hence you need to be logged-in to your account for the spectate link to work.

The replay links for your matches can be found in SETTINGS > scroll down > MATCHES.
