CURRENTLY KNOWN ISSUES:
- Constructed mode in Conquest is temporarily disabled. We will re-enable the feature soon. For now, please only play Discovery mode in Conquest.
- Disconnection/Reconnect Issues
- Solution 1: Click on your name on the top of the application. This will open your Skyweaver Profile. Go to "Settings" and click "Update". This will download all the assets in game for an overall smoother experience
- Solution 2: Optimize your browser by turning on hardware acceleration
- We are aware of an issue where even after Updating to 100%, it still prompts you to Update your game in Settings.
- We're aware of a bug where getting a tie game in Conquest mode can cause client bugs & break your Conquest. We're working on a fix as fast as we can
- We are aware of an issue where doing 0 damage with Lifesteal will still trigger its animation
- If anyone is having an issue claiming their code to create an account, please file a Support ticket with your code that failed! This includes "unauthorized" and "failed claiming access code" errors.
- Some accounts may be unable to sign out of "Active Sessions" from their Sequence Wallet. Please do not be alarmed by this. We will address this issue and roll out a fix soon!

THINGS TO NOTE
- Expect a delay of about 30 seconds after any purchase. This will be greatly reduced to only 5 seconds in the near future
- Check our Suggested Hardware to see if your device will work well running Skyweaver
- Your active sessions list in your Sequence wallet refers to the number of log-in sessions you had without logging out. This is not due to any security concerns, so please do not be alarmed Sometimes artifacts are created when a player fails to log out from a session and then signs into a different browser tab or device
- Removing Your Session Data: Open your Sequence Wallet. Click the 2 lines on the top right to open a menu. Click "Settings" and then click on "Active Sessions". Scroll down to each session and manually sign out of each one
- Some accounts using email may be unable to sign out of "Active Sessions" from their Sequence wallet. Please do not be alarmed by this. We will address this issue and roll out a fix soon!
TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS FOR ALL OTHER ISSUES:
Please try these resolutions first before reporting to our Support team!
- If you are on mobile, close the app and relaunch it
- If using browser, clear all caches and hit refresh
- Log out of your Sequence wallet by clicking the wallet icon, going to SETTINGS, and clicking "Logout". This will may resolve Sequence wallet errors and transaction issues.
- If you can't accept the terms of service on iPad, try rotating it into landscape mode
*Please note that sometimes, these steps will not completely get rid of the problem. If you continue to experience issues that are not reflected above, please create a Support ticket.
