Base cards can be unlocked during regular matches. Base cards are not tradable, so you cannot trade or sell them on the Market. On the other hand, Silver cards can be won via Ranked Rewards (i.e. ranking highly on the leaderboard) and Conquest. Gold cards can also be won via Conquest. You can trade and sell both Silver and Gold cards on the Market.
